YOUR ACCOUNT. YOUR LEARNING.

Policies and Privacy

What to expect when you use EMS CE Hub.

Course Access

Individual access covers the course purchased for 12 months from successful purchase confirmation, with no automatic renewal. Existing All Access plans retain their original access; that plan is closed to new purchases.

After access expires, your existing learning history and completion records remain in your account. A separate active purchase can continue to provide access to its included courses.

Course Completion

Complete every required lesson, activity and knowledge check, the final assessment and the course evaluation. Each course shows its own minimum active study time. Your course player shows the remaining requirements and saves your progress between sessions. You can take longer without a countdown deadline.

The number of questions is shown in each course. The passing score is 80%, with three attempts available before instructor remediation is required. Complete the work yourself using your own account. Contact support if you need help or an accommodation.

Current completion records award 0 approved CE hours. Read the CE approval and acceptance information.

Purchases and Billing

Review the product, price, access term, and payment amount at checkout before confirming. Live payments are currently disabled. Test transactions are identified at checkout and on their receipts; they do not charge a payment card.

Refunds and Order Problems

Contact support with your order number for refund or access problems. Requests are reviewed individually. Test orders do not move money.

Privacy and Learning Records

Your account stores your email address, learner profile, purchases, access dates, course progress, study time, assessment responses, evaluations, support requests, and completion records. These records let you resume learning, manage access, and retrieve your history across devices.

Sign in with email and password, or Google when configured. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Resend delivers email verification, password reset and account-security messages. Google sign-in uses your verified identity details; it does not request access to Gmail, Drive or Calendar. Secure, HTTP-only cookies maintain your session. Keep me signed in controls whether the cookie persists after closing your browser, within the one-day session limit. Signing out ends that session.

The master account can access learner records to administer the service, respond to requests, and export records. Approved operational reviewers can review and edit course drafts. Peer reviewers can read every course without timers and submit private suggestions, images, and comments for master review. Their proposals and approvals do not alter course content. Review roles do not grant access to account administration or record exports.

Do not enter patient-identifying information, medical records, Social Security numbers, verification codes, or payment-card details in course activities or support messages.

Questions About Your Information

Contact support@emscehub.com to request a correction or discuss access to or deletion of your information. Expiring course access does not automatically delete your learning history.

Support and Accessibility

Submit account and course questions through Learner Support. Requests and replies appear in your account; support replies are not emailed. For help signing in or using an inaccessible feature, email support@emscehub.com.

Read our accessibility information for available features and how to request assistance.

Clinical Education

This website provides education, not emergency care or patient-specific medical advice. Follow your scope of practice, local protocols, medical direction, and device-specific training. Online coursework does not replace supervised hands-on competency.
