WEBSITE ACCESSIBILITY

Accessibility.

If you need help accessing information or using EMS CE Hub, please contact us.

Using this website

The website includes labeled form fields, keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, descriptive headings, and layouts that adapt to smaller screens. A “Skip to content” link lets keyboard users move past the main navigation. Animations and transitions are reduced when you enable the reduced-motion setting on your device.

You can use your browser’s zoom and device accessibility settings to adjust how you read the site. Course answer feedback includes text explanations alongside color indicators.

Need help or found a barrier?

Email support@emscehub.com if you cannot read information, sign in, or use a course feature. You do not need a website account to contact us by email.

Please include the page or lesson, what you were trying to do, and how we can best assist you. If helpful, tell us which browser, device, or assistive technology you were using. Please do not include passwords, verification codes, patient information, or medical records.

Course participation and accommodations

Lessons have active-study requirements, and the study timer pauses when the page is hidden or inactive. If the timing, activity format, or another feature creates an access barrier, contact us to discuss your needs and available assistance before beginning. We will review requests individually with the course’s learning and completion requirements in mind.

You can also contact us directly for course information or help with a support request if the online forms are difficult to use.

Ongoing improvements

We are continuing to review and improve accessibility as the courses develop. This statement is not a claim of independent accessibility certification. Feedback helps us identify and address barriers.
