COURSE OVERVIEW

Learning That Fits Your Schedule

Work through the lessons, required activities and knowledge checks. Your saved place lets you return between sessions. Complete the final assessment and evaluation to receive a learning completion record.

Online coursework does not replace supervised hands-on competency. Follow your scope of practice, local protocols and medical direction.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

What You’ll Learn

  • Assess patient tolerance, recording quality and the distinct rate, regularity, width and origin questions in a systematic rhythm description.
  • Differentiate sinus, regular narrow-complex, junctional and common irregular atrial patterns using their defining relationships and limitations.
  • Recognize first-degree delay, classic Wenckebach, constant-PR block, 2:1 ambiguity and complete-block versus broader dissociation findings.
  • Distinguish premature, escape, wide and polymorphic patterns, identify arrest and capture states, and communicate clinically important transitions with appropriate urgency.
  • Develop and audit written evolving-rhythm plans while preserving subtype uncertainty, prompt patient care and practical/professional approval boundaries.
